    #AskWim hola wim. Descubrí este maravilloso método en febrero y comencé a practicarlo. Sin el baño con hielo . Tengo algo de Epoc y Rinitis Crónica crees que la Rinitiis podre curarla?? Gracias. Estuve por viajar a Barcelona por un curso que dictaba. No pude porque suspendieron los vuelos.

  10. I must ask, how do you effectively fast? I have some guys telling me I can abstain from food from sun up to sundown, and that counts as fasting, and here I thought fasting was an all day thing? Just want to get your opinion on the matter.

  13. Hi Wim, I hope I am asking the right questions the right way: how can someone determine what system to interact with inside? There is the immune system, the endocrine system, nervous system, digestive system, etc. For someone just starting the breathing exercises, who is over 60, has ADHD, is overweight (80 pounds) and deals with depression and lack of motivation (after two divorces): How do I identify which system to address? Is it sequential, is there an order, or does it happen naturally? Many thanks in advance!

  19. Mr. Wim hof, i have a question about breathing in your method. when exactly we start inhaling after an exhale? i can do it after a complete exhale or it can be started close to the end of an exhale. which one is more correct?

  20. I have an #AskWim that I'm hoping you might be able to answer! As corona is restrictive I was experimenting with what I had available. I got some VICKS vapor rub cream and put it all over – IT WAS FREEZING!!! But I started to breathe through it and finally was able to settle with it. Is this an ok substitution for an Ice Bath?
