    I have terrible headache for around 10 hours a day, 3-4 times a month, some type of migraine, been doing cold showers for a long time and it gives you more energy, but when i did find breathing technique of Wim Hof i can literally just do it once and i can feel headache just a little bit, my day is 100% improved. Honestly i dint know how, but it works, unbelievable..

    I suffer from anxiety and some days its really bad. Today was one of those days, bordering on a panic attack. I did the Wim Hof breathing, which i have to say was actually bloody hard work. I did 3 rounds of it and just layed still for about 5 mins after. Then i got up and the anxiety was GONE and i mean GONE. I realised when im in anxiety mode i breathe shallow chest breaths. IM TOTALLY CONVERTED going to follow the method every day.

  19. This method kinda stands directly against a lot of the principals I've used in the past. It's not to be used in the same environment but I'm still kinda sceptical of it. Hyper ventilating is a huge no with static apnea and when I was getting my best numbers it was by expelling all the air in my lungs before taking a breath and starting. Very different from this method obviously. Not to mention doing something expecting to potentially pass out and continuing to do a thing that makes you light headed is just wrong to me. In static apnea we're conscious of our biology and when that happens it's time to stop. Still i'm curious.
