    I tried to debunk this method while driving. I had to pull over because I felt light headed but once I got my shit together I felt wide awake and focused on the road..Will try this again at a more suitable time lol

    I've tried this for the first time today and I must say it's very addictive 😊. But as I've only did it twice, I literally did not feel the need breathe for a while and I got quite freeked out. Will be doing this every day for sure.
