    Ran into this because of The Bioengineer and wanted to see this method from the creator. I had just finished working out squaring heavy and lower body workout and had just had a big meal and was making time for digestion a bit before shower and I thought I'll do this and then shower cold. Wondered if I could do it with a full stomach. Glad I stayed till the end and heard him say "empty stomach, empty stomach, empty stomach". I don't want to know what would've happened if I tried it for the first time with a full belly and after a workout haha. I'll try this in the morning when I wake up instead of meditating see how it goes. Thank you for the video

    Wow. This works so beautifully. Before trying it out my thoughts were, " this probably works, but surely you would need some practice to feel anything ". Well let me tell you folks you feel it in the first round.

    Hello, can someone answer this for me. Should I do this before a workout or after the workout. I workout in the evening. So pretty much empty stomach.

    I have just discovered this. Can you please advise if we should be inhaling with our mouth closed? Also, I find that when I hold my breath, the breath is either in my throat or in my tummy. Will that spread out eventually? Look forward to hearing from you 😊

    long tall spine, and chin level are important; when seated on the floor use a cushion or folded blanket under hips/bottom so the hips are higher than the knees this will keep the slight curve in the lumbar (low back) spine important for maintaining the integrity/health of back (spine) 💕🙏🏽🕊🍃📿☮️🌏😃👍🏽

    I believe Wim has his point but it just doesn't work for me. (I like cold shower though.) I have dizziness everytime I practice Wim's breathing. Not right away but 10-12 hours later. And the dizziness stays with me for another 1-2 days. I'm a fit person. I don't drink or smoke. I jog. I swim. I can bike 100 km. with no issue. I never has this dizziness before!

    Anyone has experienced the same thing?

    So I just do a research and find this very good piece of information. Highly recommended for all Wim's fans.

    Can you please help me to explain, the final exhalation, should i do fully exhalation or just the air in my lungs, and keep thr air in belly? While holding my breath i let the air go up again my body, is it right or wrong or i should do the exhalation as when i do breathing in and out?
    I don't know which is right.
