    Is there any scientific proof that this is good for everyone? There are people who are "trained" like Wim or who are just abnormal. Does the cold shower thing have some scientific studies to back it up or studies of any kind to show that this works for the masses and not just a specific type of person?

  10. What if you’re heart rate is already low? 50-45 beats a minute? With a drop of 20 beats is getting scary low.

  11. How would you advice that shower to be done for people with fibromyalgia? Their muscles are blocking and in pain when exposed to cold…they usually suffer from vasculitis also. Thank you

    I am doing WIms breathing exercise from last 3 days and found after doing it my pulse goes 10 bits down. From Yday I started it doing in morning and as well as before sleeping. my face has got a new glow and feel less stressed. My need for afternoon nap is gone. I feel fresh through out the day. I will make it my daily ritual.

    First I start off with only hot water, I shower to the point just before fainting, then all cold water after that. When done, I drink 12 oz of ice cold water. 🥵🥶🧊🥤🙃

  28. People here looking to try cold showers after watching, look into his methods first, it's not that straight forward. Watch some other testimonies from people who have tried it out to learn what to expect and what to be cautious about
    Only been doing the breath work exercises for about a week, but have noticed a difference in my attitude and outlook once done. Going to keep at it to see how well I feel in a month from now.

  36. Take a hot shower in the winter get out of the shower and I get cold and shivering. Take a cold shower in the winter and get out and feel warm! I find it much easier if I start with my head first and much more difficult If I start with my feet. The breathing method is the best thing to come my way in a long time works great on inflammation I recommend Wim Hof to all!!!
