But a cheap and fast alternative is, just before going to bed, get a basin of ice water, put your feet in it for 15 to 30 seconds and a little longer once you are used to it. Then dry your plates of meat and jump into bed. Does the same thing.

    You said that after exhaling we must hold the breath as long as we comfortably can then take a deep breath then hold it also for as long as we can. In last phase(i.e., right after exhaling and holding is done) AFTER INHALING YOU MUST HOLD IT ONLY FOR 15 SECONDS.
    IS IT NECESSARY TO HOLD FOR 15SECONDS ONLY? OR WE CAN DO IT FOR MORE
