  7. I’m not going to lie I’m addicted to porn, cigs and alcohol… for at least 15 years 😔 it’s sad to say but true.
    At the same time I am very intrigued by this ‘Wim Hof’ method.
    Sad thing is, I’m very intrigued right now while I’ve had a few too many drinks, feeling good and about to go smoke another cig, that will help me calm down not that I’m worked up or anything I’m relaxed right now but the cig still looks appetizing.
    Anyone else feel this way? Any help?
    Also to be honest I’ve never fully committed myself to trying his method for more than one day (or one YouTube video length). I want to do more but for me it’s difficult.

  21. Dude! You need a breathing coach. Don't breath from the chest only. You must first fill your lungs from the diaphragm by extending your belly and then proceed with expanding your chest.

    You might want to take a Hatha yoga class where pranayama (breath work) is taught properly. This looked incorrect from posture to technique. Sure you’ve changed your consciousness but not necessarily in a useful way.
