    I did it for 5 days (which I felt more in peace) but on the 6th day I found it really hard to hold my breath because of my asthma so I took a break and I'm back. This time I will be doing it sitting down instead of laying down hopefully I can experience the full benefits for 30 days!

    When he says "breath out", prior to the long breath hold, do you empty your lungs completely? Or just until you hear his bell sound? When I empty 100%, much harder to get longer holds. Longer holds when I keep some air in reserve (at the sound of the bell I stop). Thanks.
