1) Inhale by the nostril or mouth and exhale by the mouth briefly however highly effective bursts. Preserve a gradual tempo and use your midriff totally. Repeat this for 40 instances.

    After five years of practise I find repeating rounds 3 or 4 after 1 and 2 to be really powerful so I've pinned the timestamps here – hoping they wont disappear this time!

    Thank you with all my heart Wim. I'm a 56 year old Australian. I was doing the easier version of this for 5 weeks. 30 breaths and hold for a minute then 2 lots with 1.5 minutes. I was doing 6 rounds twice a day. I just did this one for the first time and loved that I could actually do it all the way. Love the stories here. Sorry that some have depression. Last year I lost a great job, was living on my own and my best friend did not like something i said so they have not spoken to me in 8 months and counting. I was borderline suicide for the first time in my life. The bars shut here about 10 weeks ago. I thought that I had to learn to love myself, because will come and go and you don't know when. I do the breathing and cold showers twice a day. I've been doing intermittent fasting for around 6 weeks and the keto diet for 2 weeks now. Sometimes I just feel amazing. This is not a fad for me, it's a way of life. I told my oldest son today that I was going to keep doing what I'm doing and it did not really matter that I don't have a partner or BFF, I'm quite happy being me and if those things happen then all well and good. Also, I have done the cold showers before and I stopped last year for about 9 months. I can tell you they are very important and there is quite a difference between doing them and not.     I Like this one a lot. I have a question: is it ok to hold the inhale a lot longer than the usual 15 seconds I find in almost all the videos of WHM breathwork? I have been holding in breaths as long as out breaths and like the experience.🙏🏼❤️

    I can only stop breathing for maybe 30 -40 seconds but before couldn’t do 10 seconds! So although not good enough at this level I am improving my control. Also I feel tingling and serenity and light headed but it’s awesome.
