INSTRUCTIONS:

    hit 9 mins 1st try on this one 🙂 im proud of myself. im a heavy smoker, weed blunts, cigs, and am a recovering herion addict, ive never used a needle in my life but hey guesssss what! i fucking smoked it -.- so my lungs are shat i run 1/4 of a mile and im gasping for air like someone tried to drown me.

  19. Instruction 1 is vague and innacurate. research wim hoff and get the technique from him. Its not a short burst inhale its a full inhale from the belly to the chest to the head (in his words)and then you breathe out without force just letting the air out. If you are going to bootleg his work then at least do it accurately. WARNING, Never do intense breath work from a second hand source like this until you know what you are doing. Having said this this is my favourite video i have found so far for rounds and holds.

  24. These clips are from one of wim hofs appearances on the Joe Rogan show aren't they? I was listening to the show yesterday and I realized that's where the sound clips from the breathing exercises I do every day come from!!
