  5. Thank you for such a beautiful meditation, I am an over super protective mother, I worried 24/7 about my children to the point that I make myself sick without wanting to. My 19 year old child travels to Mexico today with her daddy for one week in the time of corona and fly cancellations I was extremely worried and tried to convince her not to take this vacation but she made her decision this meditation came to me at the right time I been feeling stronger now I am picturing my dear child having an awesome time in Mexico I know it can take a moment but I know I will continue to feel better I already saw positive changes. Thank you

    This video came to me today via a different resource I was recently introduced to. Since the senseless death of my youngest child 2 years ago, I’m floundering. I was on antidepressants for a time, but I don’t want them now and weaned myself off.
    For many years, I started my day with yoga. I haven’t been able to do yoga for about 3 months now. I know it’s important to my physical and mental health, but right now I can hardly push myself to do day-to-day survival, let alone roll out that mat.
    Your comments about the earth’s vibrations resonated. Every night for several months, about a half hour after I fall asleep, I am awakened by an intense feeling of anxiety – it’s almost physical (like a hand squeezing my diaphragm). I have to breathe, put my hands on my chest, and calm myself before the feeling dissipates and I can eventually fall back into a restless sleep (I haven’t slept right since my daughter was killed). Obviously I have valid reasons for anxiety, but perhaps my lack of physical activity lately combined with negative thoughts is also contributing to my low vibration? I know I have to break out of this, but I’m in a bad pattern.
    I appreciated coming across your meditation today. I didn’t manage to release the anxiety, but I have food for thought and a resource to explore. Thank you.
