    Notice the guy asked Joe WHAT he does for 2 hours in the morning, and he responded with "its the work that we do". .That doesn't explain anything. He asked if you meditated or did affirmations and visualizations. He explained how the brain works but did not explain what exact steps you take to CHANGE that. What techniques does he do. etc.

    What if it's chronic pain that is controlling the way you feel and the way you think. How do you change your thoughts not to feel the pain when your body is literally raging?

    If i can overcome myself in the beginning of the day then the rest of the day is easy
    i alllow for 2 hours in the morning!
    I like the 4am slot because my brainwaves are just right , i dont have to work that hard to do it. My body is a little fatique but im in between worlds.
    I allow it for 2 hours… somethimes i can do it in 45min or 1 hour .

    Let go of urges of habbits, leave residual emotions from the day before(let go of ego?),find the present moment, leave the familiar emotions and hardwired patterns from the past
    u want to not be in the subconscios program of being a victim…. and environment to dictate ur feelings!

    somethimes ur in the flow right away(present with rational and subconscios brain), other times u got a bit to work …

    The “program” that I follow is a harmonic tone in heart, mind, body. This tone is always present but my ego can get out of synch and I drop into a shame pattern. I am repatterining this so I have more inner and outer harmony.

    I keep going back to my wonderful childhood. It’s as if I want to be there again. At my elder age I circle back. I am there again! I am that carefree spirit who loved her solitude swinging and singing and camps in the woods. Ah, it’s the woods calling—so much magical life force and natural beauty. It must be that tone.

    If you want to commit to this why not take 25 min. with no distractions 4 times and (3) of 5 min breaks and after the 4th 25 min do 15-30 min. break then after that rapeat that one more time to achive the required effort for the video.

    Mr. Dispenza gives too much psychology, too much explanation for something simple, when all you have to do is at the right moment (when meditating or sleepy) tell your subconscious to stop fucking around, and tell it what you want with pictures and feelings. Of course it's easier said than done, it takes lots of discipline, practice and perseverance, but it can be done. But that's all you have to do, there's no need for confusing psychology, nobody gives a fuck about it!

    What if someone says something that triggers you to the point you're in shock!? A truth about a behavior of yours that you were not aware of, and you go into uncontrollable self-reproach? What if you're going well – doing your 2 hrs every morning – and then one day you go to your car and there's a hefty parking infringement stuck to the windscreen because you didn't know your parking permit did not apply to that particular parking spot? These occurrences are enough to depress me for weeks. I definately do unwittingly become a victim to these occurrences. Massive discouragement just overpowers me and my meditation become a struggle.
