  1. Hey legends

    I’ve noticed quite a few comments asking how to do the breathing technique Joe describes in this video.

    I would recommend practicing each step for about 2-3 minutes before you introduce the next step. You ultimately want to keep practicing the simultaneous inhaling and flexing until it becomes an automatic process, and you’re no longer having to consciously think about it.

    This takes time to happen, days if not weeks, so don’t quit after your first few attempts, and don’t expect to have it all down pat after your first try. Don’t rush the process, it feels very uncomfortable at first.
    I would highly recommend practicing one step each day before introducing the next step for best results. Aim to master the technique over time with practice.

    Step 1: Whilst inhaling, flex your perineum. (This is the muscles you would flex if you were trying to hold in a pee or poop)
    Hold breath for 5-10 seconds before fully releasing.

    Step 2: Whilst inhaling, flex perineum, then activate core muscles. This means slightly pulling your belly button toward your spine, the same way you activate your core before each exercise at the gym.

    Step 3: Whilst inhaling, flex perineum, then activate core, then flex upper abdominals. Don’t flex so hard you feel yourself straining. A gentle flex shall suffice.

    Step 4: When you have inhaled and chronologically flexed each muscle group, visualise the cerebrospinal fluid traveling up through your heart, through your throat , and into your pineal gland (roughly in the centre of your head)

    It helps to visualise the fluid spinning around your pineal gland, helps to focus on the movement of energy around that centre.

    Always hold each breath for roughly 10 seconds if possible, before fully releasing and relaxing all muscles.

    This is NOT an easy breathing technique, it requires a lot of focus and patience and practice. Stick with it, you will be glad you did. All great things come from effort multiplied by time.

    Years ago, I had been meditating to music using Chakra clearing and spinning and normal, slow breathing. I began having very peaceful, wonderful feelings. After a couple of months , I suddenly began manifesting whatever I thought of instantly or within 24 hours. It was magical and very exciting .

    I've done meditation and the breathing techniques with spiritual music. Ive gone unconscious and seen lights and as he mentions, when you return there is so much bliss within that you don't want it to to end. In the most recent experience I laid on the bed to let my subconscious mind process the info. Within a few minutes my legs and feet began twitching, twisting, turning, and even lifting without any effort in my part. It was totally surreal. There wasnt anything noticeable/physically wrong with my legs but as a child up to about 10yo I was always falling because my legs would give and I would also experience extreme heat and itching inside my feet, and it was hell. Perhaps something dormant was cured? Don't know but the experience was unlike anything I had ever experienced.

    Everything that you are talking about in this video is what the 1% are building the infrastructure to manipulate. 6G is when they will have a reliable system that will be able to effect people much much more accurately. The chemtrails is part of the infrastructure.   22. The pelvic floor and abdominals reflexively work better with the exhale . Is there a reason you suggest contraction on the inhale ? In a way your method could promotes dis coordination of the diaphragm and pelvic floor .
