    My body was stuck for so long & I didn't even realize it. First time doing this meditation & HOLY WOW!!!! Intensity… I feel like I've lost 20 years of concentrated stress in a matter of minutes. When you do talk, it's literally on que & brings me right back just as I started to find myself trying to wander.     I just want to say that 1John 4:8 says "God is love". IS LOVE. The most powerful force in the universe, the creator IS actually Love. Think of that. He is an energy and when we are feeling love and being loving, and being loved this is why it makes us so joyful, fulfilled, it is our highest state of being, love itself is a very powerful energy, a higher more powerful energy than anything else. We were made in His image, we were made to exist in that same high frequency of love. As this new scientific research is proving now, we have the power to use our conscious, and subconscious to heal our mind, which can then heal all kinds of physical ailments from training our brain to focus on what we want for our lives instead of focusing on what we don't have (which is where our untrained brains usually wander to.) Jesus said "there are days coming when you will say to this mountain, move over there, and it will occur." when the Apostles marveled over what amazing things Jesus could do. No one has ever considered what he meant by that….but he was telling us that we too have what is needed to do those things if we would purify our minds, and learn how to focus and use the frequencies available to us. Jesus said "Do not fear " so many times in the Bible.. Fear drags down all of your power , it's the opposite of the frequency of love, it causes people to do and think unloving things. Jesus healed the sick, blind, and until now no one realized that pure energy is what Jesus used to heal, to show humans what they're able to do. With God's blessings a pure loving mind can focus those energies even more powerfully.
