    Thank you so very much for uploading this. This was an eye opener for me. I felt so misearble last night and I was sure I would not be able to get any sleep. After doing this exercise I felt lless miserable and fell asleep. I was so surprised and grateful this actualy worked!

  7. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, CBT, it works INSTANTLY, as well as walking. I am no longer depressed. I haven't taken anti-depressants in over 10 years

  9. I am very easily distracted. The steps were really helpful in bringing me back to just focusing on breathing. Every little sound perked up my ears. From creeping heat vents to far off construction and cars passing by..

    I’m so depressed, I know the causes of it but I just can’t do anything about it. I have 1 more year of high school and I plan to move out ASAP. I am so happy by myself or with my friends, but at school and my home life is miserable and it affects everything.

  20. Doing this every day could be a good thing. Today was m second time and I noticed I was beginning to see the strategy behind this way of approaching mental issues by focussing on the physical symptoms and breathing. It might work over time. Am going to continue with this meditation.

    Iv had a crash I was on a bike going 70mph crashing in side of a car 8 month coma 34 month rehab … but depression is fucking well worse
