  2. Quick recap. When you feel fear, if you feed it with negative emotions, you keep fueling the fear, and it becomes a self perpetuating cycle. But simply replacing your negative thoughts with positive ones is unlikely to work, because you still have the emotion of fear in your body. Better to accept fear, and tell yourself it’s ok to feel the fear, and instead of thinking at all, just be in the present moment. Be with the emotion fully if you want to move through it.

    Enlightenment cost $497 but for a 'limited time only' it's $297, hang on time does not exist there is only 'now'.

  4. I made intense experience with this somatic processing of trauma lately, and found that one thing that can also happen is that you need to move. Letting that trapped energy out through movement might be needed if it is extremely intense (like in my case). Shivering and shaking is a natural reaction of the body to let go of tension. What can make it much worse is inducing any kind of force. If you need to move, move. If you don't, don't. I found what he said to be true, but in extreme situations moving around while doing it might be very helpful. Best wishes <3

    Around 14:20 Eckhart states “of course there may be some other unhappiness telling you there’s something wrong in your life.” How can we learn to tell the difference between fear trying to get us to solve a problem and habitual futile and unnecessary fear. When I try to deduce the difference I’m dragged back into negative thinking

  11. To end anxitey listen to facate fear on here he will help you out for free. He's good. 2 main keys 1 accept your feelings 2 don't follow your thoughts. That will get you out of anxiety over time. Feel the pain but don't talk back to it. Acceptance.

    Very few people has actually heard what ET was saying. You think "present moment matters only". No. You've got it absolutely wrong. Paying attention to present moment is just part of transformation.
    First ET important message was:
    – Don’t look for peace. Don’t look for any other state than the one you are in now; otherwise, you will set up inner conflict and unconscious resistance.
    Second important message was (paraphrasing it)
    "One is a great deal less anxious if one feels perfectly free to be anxious" – did you understand this one?

    I'm finding that by not labelling and classifying emotions as either good vs bad, or Joy vs fear then all emotions are just emotions wanting to pass through, they are a part of the body/mind experience . Emotions like Joy we let those types of emotions stay as long as we can because we enjoy them. However, with negatives emotions we either tend to run away, hide, or suppress them because we don't enjoy these, thus through resistance they grow and become problematic.

    I find myself very emotional, even crying right now, as I watch some of his videos when he talks about dealing with life.
